Tickets cancelation / Refunds policy

Tickets that are cancelled more than 72 hours from departure are fully refundable
Tickets that are cancelled within 72 up to 24 hours from departure are 50% refundable or may be moved to a later date

Tickets that are canceled 12 hours up to departure time are not refundable but may be moved to later date at our discretion and availability
Tickets of non-shows are not refundable but may be moved to a later date at our discretion and availability

In case of mechanical problems in our boat prior to departure all the tickets of the day are fully refundable and if any are moved to a later date are entitled to a 25% discount
